Thank you for purchasing our earbuds! Please note that both the left and right earbuds can be used individually. If you find that only one earbud is working, it's possible that the other earbud hasn't been powered on yet.
To turn on the second earbud:
1.Simply press and hold the earbud for a few seconds until you hear a prompt sound indicating the earbud is powered on.
2.If you do not hear the prompt sound right away, try pressing and holding the earbud again for a few more seconds.
